This cache is in a public area, and there could be very high muggle activity if the nearby civic center is being used.
Please use stealth or good judgment when searching for this one.
When hidden, it contained the stamp & stamp pad, along with a pen, some tradable swag, and a travelbug.
Please zip the baggies, tighten the lid, and replace the cache just the way you cound it for the next cacher to enjoy.
