Geocache Description:

You will be searching the picnic area at the ODOT rest area.  Parking in the designated area and enjoy.  

Third times a charm?? Yes, this is the third different cache at this location. In case you don’t read the hint, it’s NOT in that tree. That tree does cause a lot of interference with GPS signals. I know the coords may be a little off, so these are an average. Please use your geosenses when you are at the very top of this area. Enjoy your caching journey!
