The sixth cache in my growing series which traces the course of Alphin Brook.
This one is placed next to a small footbridge along a footpath with crosses two fields which often have horses in. This area can get very muddy after wet weather.
I recommend accessing from the northern end of the footpath as coming from the opposite direction requires crossing a busy road.
You are looking for a camouflaged bison tube. It is within reach from a normal standing position on the bridge - there is no need to climb on the railings etc. The cache is fixed to the tree so please don't pull at it - you should be able to retrieve the log easily. Please re-conceal carefully. Thanks.
