There is a pull-off area you can ease into and park while you retrieve it. Now; as for the name of the cache, "7 Come 11" is a craps term where if you roll a 7 or 11 on the first roll (or "come" roll), you win. If you throw a 7 or 11 on any other rolls, you "Crap out".
