A quick and easy micro hidden at Aberfoyle Parish Church. Can be done as a cache n dash or you can take your time and explore the area.
Aberfoyle Parish Church was built in the 1870s and is a beautiful category B listed building. It sits on the banks of the river forth at the western edge of the village underneath the towering crags of craigmore. Services are at 11:15am each sunday morning. Unfortunately the church itself is not generally open to the public except by prior arrangement. There is a war memorial in the grounds to the front. A peaceful spot for a picnic lunch.
