This is a puzzle cache, there is not a container at given location. You have to solve a puzzle to obtain true coordinates.

 

Nikola Tesla (Wikipedia ) and Mihajlo Pupin (Wikipedia ) were the two great Serbian engineers and inventors. Two boulevards on Novi Beograd are dedicated to them. In they honor I place two similar. but still different puzzle caches.
