This is your typical parking lot hide with just a sprinkle of a challenge. The reason for a 1.5 and not a 1 difficulty, is because of the muggle factor and a challenge. The challenge will not be challeging to all.

The hide is availble  24/7, but it would be easier to get in the morining or at night. During day time hours, a free muggle moment will be rare.
