This cache is cable tied so you can't move it.it is quite hard to get it out but you'll get it soon.

this cache is located outside a buetiful restaurant called V de V.it is quite a creative cache.                                                                                           RULES - no titling or cutting the cache / no sticks or other things trying to get it out / have to use the original way to get it out.
