History:

In the year 1890, a plot of land on Whitecross road was purchased for £250 and soon after a chapel made of tin appeared, this was the first site used for worship with direct links to the current day church.

On the 7th August 1908 the first foundations were laid for the modern day church. This building is still in use by the church, although not for the weekly worship sessions. The first service in the new building was held on the 17th December 1908, as the building was then complete.

In October 1929, the building of the current day worship sanctuary had begun and it was completed shortly after. This sanctuary (albeit with a number of modifications to modernise the building) is still in use for the weekly worship sessions.

Finding the cache:

To find the cache you will need to find the below information. All of this information is available outside of the main building; in fact you won’t even need to enter the church grounds. However, you may wish to so you can use the seats there.

Church phone number: 01934 6457AB
Number of stepped entrances to the front of the church: C
Number of benches outside the front of the church: D
Number of steps up to the main front door of the church: E
On the purple sign above the main front door, how many logos are there? F
Number of ground floor windows facing out towards the main road: G
Number of metal signs attached to the front face of the church (where the text is printed on metal): H
Number of stone/brick pillars forming entrances to the church grounds: J
Number of silver door handles on the front face of the church: K

Adding A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J &K together should give you a total of: 35

N 51° 2(B*K+K).(E+A)(D+G-F)(D+K) W 002° 5(B-A).(H*A)(B-J+G)(A+D+K)

Where there is more than two numbers to work out part of the co ordinate, please work it out as you read it so if it says 1-1+3 work it out as (1-1)+3 (please do not use any techniques such as BODMAS as this may result in an incorrect answer)

You can check your answers for this puzzle on GeoChecker.com

Good luck!
