Keystone: This geocache came to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit. The cache owner needs to check on this cache ASAP and either fix the problem or archive the listing, after picking up any geo-litter. See the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines. In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled this cache page.

Owner, if there is a good reason for a long delay in enabling this cache, do not contact me through email or the message center. Please post an update note log here on the cache page so that everyone will know what's going on. When the maintenance is completed, you can re-enable the listing by entering an "enable listing" log. Use an "Owner Maintenance" log to clear the "Needs Maintenance" attribute, if set.

I will check back in four weeks or so to be sure that the maintenance has been done, or that an explanation has been provided. If the problem persists, I will need to archive this cache page for lack of maintenance.

Geocache Description:

Byop, Micro in the Carnegie Park N Ride's parking lot area.

Please use stealth while looking for this! Parking is available everywhere, but during normal business hours Monday-Friday from about 6 am to 6 pm you will find it very hard to get a parking spot as the lot sure does fill up quick! Please DO NOT park in any of the businesses lots nearby, you will be towed! The cache is located in front of a daycare center and you do not need to be on the daycare's lot or property at all. You are looking for a micro, so please byop, and it is NOT magnetic. Replace as found, and if your name is not on the log your smiley WILL be deleted! Happy Hunting, Enjoy! :)

This is the very first stop and station for the West Busway. The G2 that comes through every 15 minutes to an hour, (depending on what day and time it is) will take you downtown in less than 15 minutes! You can park here for FREE and ride downtown any day of the week, and if needed there is an port authority bus ticket machine right inside the Carnegie Station for your convenience!

From Wiki: "The West Busway is a two-lane bus-only highway serving the western portions of the city of Pittsburgh and several western suburbs. The busway runs for 5.1 miles from the southern shore of the Ohio River near Downtown Pittsburgh to Carnegie,[1] following former railroad right-of-way on the Panhandle Route.[2] It broke ground on October 27, 1994 and is owned and maintained by the Port Authority of Allegheny County, the public transit provider for Allegheny County and the Pittsburgh region. The transit thoroughfare was opened in September 2000.[3] Following the naming convention of each busway being designated by a color, bus routes that use the West Busway begin with a "G" for green."
