Geocache Description:

You are looking for a micro cache- a pill bottle within a pill bottle, so you should know what to look for by now. Bring your own pen, please. But there is a small pencil stub in there for anyone who has forgotten. Park at the top of Paradise track on the Highcliff road, and walk down to the beach following signs.

Boulder Beach is famous for the yellow eyed penguin population on this part of the coast. Indeed, it would be unusual to go there and not see evidence of their presence. Look for their slides down to the beach and footprints in the sand where they made a beeline for the incoming tide.

Sometimes it’s possible to see where 2 penguins have been on a collision course, and there has been an altercation of sorts.
