This year, Groundspeak are celebrating geocaching around the world.
We're invited to join Signal the Frog® as he travels to different countries to geocache like a local. No plane ticket required!
1st stop: Germany. While he's there, Signal will celebrate a local geocaching tradition called Donerstag.
To earn the Donerstag souvenir, attend an event anywhere in the world on April 13, 2017.

Come join us at Vogrie Country Park for a meet and greet
at the bbq shelters between 18.00 - 19.00
We may not have kebabs but I'm sure there will be cake
Do remember your £1.00 for parking if you arrive before 6pm. Tokens need to be purchased at the machine BEFORE you get to the barrier, the token works the barrier. And the park will be closed at DUSK so also remember to be out before then.
We can't promise good weather, and there may be quite a bit of mud involved in places, so bring suitable footwear. Cache hounds are welcome, although are not allowed to play in the playparks!
INFO There are 11.5 miles of signed footpaths passing through sweeping parkland, woodlands and the River Tyne Valley. There are also two playparks, one near the car parking and another further down.
