Three Benches for travelcompass Multi-Cache

This cache is dedicated to the travelcompass team, a trio of cachers whose youngest member has literally been caching her entire life! They have hidden a few creative caches of their own and they always have plenty of family fun while out on the trails.

Their cache is a field puzzle. The posted coordinates do not take you to the container, but rather to a set of three benches that each have a pretty spectacular view. That means there is a bench for Dad, a bench for Mom, and a bench for their little cacher who is as cute as a bug! Take a moment to sit on each bench so you can compare the views, and in the process you can gather the answers to these three questions:

1. Plaque on the east bench: What year was Opa born? Take the last 2 digits.
2. Plaque on the middle bench: What's the last digit of the year was this bench/plaque placed here?
3. Plaque on the west bench: Which letter appears 19 times?

Your solution is as follows: From the west bench, walk A + (5*B) metres in direction of C.
