seismic quark: Apparently this cache was placed on private property, though it was not marked at the time.
Now there is a fence preventing access to the cache.
We reviewers typically operate under the assumption that adequate permission exists to place a cache unless circumstances suggest otherwise. As it appears that this cache was placed on private property without obtaining permission from the property owner or land manager, I am archiving this cache listing to remove it from search pages.
