Geocache Description:

I always wonder where I should place the posted coords for a puzzle cache. Then, I saw it - College Lake. With my daughter heading off to college this fall, this spot was perfect!

As for the puzzle, that information doesn't help you solve it! Take a look at the numbers and determine the next step. Should be a quick solve once you know what to do. Bring a TOTT - it's a LPC but it will take more than the lifting of a skirt!
