Kościół Przemienienia Pańskiego – rzymskokatolicki kościół filialny należący do parafii Świętej Trójcy w dekanacie Piątek diecezji łowickiej.
Świątynia położona jest na cmentarzu grzebalnym. Wybudowano ją w 1753 roku. Dawniej nosiła wezwanie św. Wawrzyńca. Jest to budowla drewniana, posiadająca konstrukcji zrębową, oszalowana i wzniesiona na planie prostokąta. Wewnątrz znajdują się trzy ołtarze w stylu rokoko: główny ozdobiony obrazami Ukrzyżowania i Przemienienia oraz boczne: jeden posiadający obrazy św. Wawrzyńca i św. Katarzyny Aleksandryjskiej a drugi posiadający obrazy św. Barbary i św. Urszuli.
Kościół nie jest orientowany. Składa się z mniejszego prezbiterium od nawy, zamkniętego prostokątnie. Z boku nawy jest umieszczona mała kruchta. Świątynię nakrywa dach dwukalenicowy, pokryty gontem z wieżyczką na sygnaturkę. Jest ona zwieńczona hełmem blaszanym z latarnią. Wnętrze nakryte jest płaskimi stropami. Na belce tęczowej znajduje się rokokowy krucyfiks, inskrypcja i data „1753”. Chór muzyczny podparty jest dwoma słupami.

Kesz typu mikro z maskowaniem umieszczona pod podanymi kordami (+/- 5m).
W środku tylko logbook.

The Church of the Transfiguration - the Roman Catholic branch church belonging to the parish of the Holy Trinity in the deanery Piątek the Diocese of Lowicz.
The temple is located at the cemetery burying. It was built in 1753. Formerly he wore call St. Lawrence. It is a wooden building, having carcass construction, timbered and built on a rectangular plan. Inside there are three altars in the rococo style: the main decorated with paintings of the Crucifixion and the Transfiguration, and side: one holding images of St. Lawrence and St. Catherine of Alexandria and the other holding the images of St. Barbara and St. Ursula.
Church is not oriented. It consists of a smaller chancel from the nave, closed rectangular. The side of the aisle is placed a small porch. Temple covers two-ridge roof, shingled with a tower-bell. It is topped with a tin helmet with a lantern. The interior is covered with flat ceilings. On the rood beam is rococo crucifix, inscription and the date "1753". Choir is supported by two pillars.
