THE CACHE IS NOT A TUPPERWARE BOX. If you find Tupperware, keep looking, the cache is more natural looking! The Tupperware is an old cache from a difference user which was archived long before we placed ours here - we haven't been able to find it ourselves but it keeps cropping up occasionally. A fairly simple find in a lovely location with interesting features. The parking nearby leads to a short walk down a hill towards the river. Please return the cache exactly where found - there should be no need to climb the hill. Gainford Spa is a little known mineral spring a short walk from the small village of Gainford on the River Tees. First built in the 1830s and used for the water's healing properties, it was later damaged and replaced with a replica in 2002. The water has a distinctive sulphuric smell! The cache is not on the spa.
