Wilderness Letterbox Series Pre Final
Welcome to the Wilderness River one of the most Special and Beautiful places to us. Every moment shared here is a complete privilege. Trust you able to soak up and enjoy any bit of the beauty you can and that is the most important thing about all our caches in Wilderness.

The cache is placed at the bird hide and for those who want a bit extra of an experience at the bird hide can get the keys at reception the Fairy Know which is at the parking coordinates.

Significance of this Pre Final Cache
The Scarlet Kingfisher also known as the Madagascar Pygme Kingfisher is one of the most delightful special birds in the Kingfisher family. Studies have shown that it is a vary caring and friendly bird to others around it. An interesting correlation is the fine thread that runs through the middle climbing rope is called the scarlet thread. As we are at the Pre Final cache in this series there has been many threads that have run through the journey. Many of the themes have included Tranquil water, Authentic Wooden Containers, The Magnificent selection of Kingfishers, nature, a scarlet thread that connects to the Characters in the Wherigo and many more. There are numerous other synergies and metaphors between this cache and the Giant Kingfisher that one can enjoy when pondering on.

Below are aerial pictures of the Wilderness Mouth and Upper region of the river:

PLEASE note the cache is NOT at the listed coordinates. You need to follow the narrative story. To reach the cache you follow the following adventure treasure Hunt: Arriving at the listed coordinates walk towards the walkway. Find the first pole on the right. Half a meter to the right of the pole is a rock. Under the rock will be your TEMP surprise.

It should be fairly quiet in this cove. PLEASE do use stealth anyway ensuring there no muggles around and discretion with the lock not leaving the lock on the ground to expose the code.

PLEASE Preserve and do NOT remove the Letterbox stamp kit with a stamp and ink pad in a zip lock bag in the cache. Please ensure the ink pad is properly sealed closed so the ink does not dry so the following cachers can enjoy it just as much. Thanks very much.

Hope you really enjoy the cache and the environment and the peacefulness.
