PANDICULATION
pandiculation - a stretching and stiffening of the trunk and extremities as when fatigued and drowsy or on waking, often accompanied by yawning
Pronunciation - pan-dyk-yuh-ley'-shuhn
Origin - 1640-50; from Latin- derivative of 'pandere' to stretch
Example - Oh yes, the first thing I do when I wake up is enjoy a prolonged pandiculation.
