The rest (rehat) areas that are placed at regular intervals along Malaysia's North-South Expressway offer a great place for travellers to stop and take a break from their driving. All offer toilets (the standards of cleanliness and facilties offered vary widely), a Moslem prayer room (surau) and places to park, and most also have a variety of food outlets and fuel stations.
The rest (rehat) area at Rawang is our favourite, mainly because we like to buy western-style coffee and food from the international coffee outlet. You can probably drive right to GZ and park in front to retrieve the cache, though the height of the cache may mean that your car doesn't quite shield you from curious eyes. Sometimes the cleaner from the toilets might be standing nearby, but otherwise there aren't usually a lot of people around.
