[IT]La stazione di Loreggia fu costruita attorno agli anni ’30 assieme a molte altre stazioni poste lungo la linea Treviso-Ostiglia.
Come le stazioni di Campodoro e Trebaseleghe era una stazione minore in quanto priva di scalo merci, ma semplicemente destinate al servizio di trasporto pubblico. Nonostante ciò le strade di collegamento con il centro abitato non furono mai realizzate in quanto il comune non ebbe mai modo e tempo.
La linea ferroviaria, durante la Seconda Guerra Mondiale, venne intensamente utilizzata per il trasporto merci e venne fortemente bombardata dai tedeschi come si può notare dai cartelli lungo la ciclovia che segnalano le bombe cadute nel territorio.
[ENG]Loreggia’s station was built around the ‘30s with many other stations located along the Trevio-Ostiglia line.
As the stations of Campodoro and Trebaseleghe, it was a minor station as devoid of freight yard, but only intended for the public transport service. Nevertheless the common never built the streets to connect it withthe village.
The railway line, during the Second World War, was heavily used for goods transport and It was intently bombed as you can see from the signs along the bike lane that signal the bombs falling in the territory.
