The Aroma Walk is a short hiking trail connecting the bustling streets of North Point and the tranquil Braemar Hill. For many years, it has been a popular walkway for locals and hikers alike. While previously unnamed, it was unveiled as the “Aroma Walk” by the Eastern District Council in 2003, as part of a series of district revitalisation. Rain shelters and benches have been added along the path as a result of the project. Keeping with its name’s sake, an abundance of tropical flowers can be found along the trail during Spring and Summer. You may also find street cats roaming about, which can be quite of a jump scare at times.
Lightings are limited after dark, and the path can be very quiet during off hours, so suggest to bring a torch and exercise caution if planning to attempt at night.
Hope you enjoy this little hike.
