Here the Outback Way travels through two huge pastoral stations - Tobermorey in NT nd Glenormiston in Qlt.Tobermorey which etends to the west from here in the NT is 1.5million acrs. The cattle station is run in conjunction with Linda Downs, a property which adjoins Tobermorey to the east, by a management couple and their staff.
Tobermorey runs close to 9000 hed of cattle, with Linda Down s running a further 3000 head. Tobermorey was origianlly taken up by the Anderson fmily which owned it for 100 years but it has since changed hnds a number of rtimes. Today Tobermorey and Linda Downs are owndec by Baldy Bay Pty Ltd which is oned by Sterling Buntine who resides in Western Australia on one of his other properties.
