The tour starts at "Luna-Brunnen". From there follow "Große Bäckerstraße" and "Kleine Bäckerstraße" to reach "Am Sande". Look around the square, then follow "Grapengießerstraße" up to "Kuhstraße". Enter it and take "Schröderstraße" and "An der Münze" back to the start. Or simply follow the waypoints provided within this listing.
For each sign find the whole name and calculate the sum of its letters' values (ä=ae, ö=oe, ü=ue, ß=ss; then a=1, ..., z=26). Attention: The neon signs may be split into multiple words by separators like ".-&" etc. Only consider the single word containing the letter.

The final is located at N 53° (15 + n/1000)' E 10° (24 + e/1000)'. You obtain n and e by summing up all "+"-values and subtracting all "-"-values according to columns N and E.
