The cache is located in the southern part of Daniels Park in Willoughby. The building you see was once the water treatment plant. I do not have additional info on the plant. The nearby Chagring River is popular with anglers. There once was a short dam here. In early January 2005, a combination of rain, and snow melt swelled the river, and the water's force destroyed the dam.
