Hong Kong Scouts has divided into 5 Regions and 44 Districts.
Each Region manages several districts and the District Council manage the Scout Groups within that district.
This cache is located at the District Scout Headquarters of the Kowloon City District, which is under the Kolwoon Region of the Scout Association of Hong Kong.
Kowloon City District was established in 1961. Nowadays, there are 27 Scout groups with over 1000 members within the District.
District Badge
The design of the district badge has the image of a dragon above the wall, which the Dragon represents Kowloon (9 dragons), and the wall represents the "wall city" in the Kowloon city.

The Cache
The cache is a small candy box size container with magnet that commonly used in HK.
The cache is outside the District HQ, you do not need to go in to the HQ to find it
