Cache is a small, screw top container with water resistant log and small FTF token; very little room for trade items. BYOP and please replace EXACTLY as you found it so it does not fall down the proverbial "rabbit hole". Log must be signed to claim your smiley. :) The house close to this cache was the last home occupied in Road Forks. The residents left some time in late 2016. Approximately 7 years ago, the people who lived here raised turkeys, geese and some other small livestock.
Road Forks was once a small, bustling community where truckers would fuel up, rest, have tires repaired, and eat a good hot meal. Many people lived here, in houses and trailers. Since the last residents left late in 2016, it has become a ghost town. Come have a look around, and imagine to yourself what some of the conversations might have been between people who either lived here, or stopped by on their way to who-knows-where.
Plenty of parking here and wheel chair accessible. As a relatively new ghost town, there is a fair amount of litter strewn about. Please be careful, have fun, and happy caching!
