Rules for this puzzle: No intentional red herrings, no oddball (fishiness) methods of presenting coordinates (UTM, for example, or also having coordinates read backwards), and no leaving off the N32 and W97 just to make it more difficult. There may be more than one layer on this puzzle. Collaboration is allowed and you may ask me for hints after there has been a FTF.
Now for the puzzle...
I've been wanting to do a banking or financial puzzle for a while, but I never could really come up with anything good. My first thoughts were the 12 regional federal reserve banks... but that essentially becomes a state puzzle (which there are already plenty of). I also kind of wanted to do something with puzzle cacher names for the images, and so, I came up with this. I feel it is only fair to tell you the cacher handles are just fluff and there for fun. The puzzle has nothing to do with the names.
