This was placed by students from Western Oregon University for the requirement of a geocaching class assignment. Due to this class being offered at the University, this college town is so filled with caches that it was a challenge to hide it!
Please leave the disposable camera for other to take selfies or pictures with! But you are welcome to take the other treasures and trade with them ;) I'd recommend looking for a red and white barricade, and you can park very close to it. There are two in the area, look for the one closest to Monmouth, OR. Look for a trail and make sure to look UP!
