Placed on Redbank Valley Trails with permission. Trail is open dawn to dusk. This trail won PA's 2014 Trail of the Year award. Terrain rating is mainly because you can hike/bike into this cache from a couple of different parking areas - see parking coords below. Trail surface has been improved and is smooth. This one has a high difficulty rating for a reason!
So, just how many ways can you think of to "tie one on"? I'm not saying this will help you find it, but at the very least you'll have something to ponder while searching for the cache. Good luck everybody...............
