About the CITO:
Quackers will join the Batawa community in a spring cleanup. Registration starts at 9:00am, event runs until 12:00pm followed by a BBQ courtesy of BDC and Batawa Ski Hill. Each bag of garbage picked up gives the collector a draw entry with a chance to win prizes provided by the community. Draws are at the BBQ following the event, courtesy of Mrs. Bata, Batawa Lions Club and the Batawa Ski Hill. OntarioGrandma will once again provide some yummy desserts. There will also be some cacher draw prizes too!
In the "will attend" log, cachers need to indicate how many are coming to the CITO event, if they are intending to stay for the bbq and how many people will be eating. Cachers will be provided with garbage bags and a map at registration of where they are to clean up. If cachers want to come for a shorter time, that's ok too, please just let me know when you log your will attend.
It's probably a good idea to bring along some gloves and have or wear rubber boots for some of the locations.
