The Climbing Post
I love discovering unusual trees while going for walks with my family so, for this cache, I chose this particular one because it looks like a climbing post (hence the name of the cache).
You will find there a red lid container with a small log in it. You will need to bring your own pen.
For this one, pay particular attention to the rating and... be careful!
For a very long time, trees have been a strong feature in folktales, history, paintings, culture and arts. Their shapes and strength can invoke a powerful sense of spirituality. For centuries, civilisations have praised trees as a symbol of worship, celebration, and death.
Trees have always provided food, shelter, wood, shade, and many other basic life needs for human beings. It is no wonder, then, that they are worshiped or praised in every civilisation. In many cultures, it is believed that hugging a tree releases negative energy from the human body. So don't forget to hug this one before you leave!
