AOL Series #3 Danta Hanging Bridge Traditional Cache

Part of the Arenal Observatory Lodge (AOL) series. If you follow the caches in order it will take you along my preferred hiking route for walking around the property. The trail is part of the property of the Arenal Observatory Lodge’s property and there is a $10 entrance fee. Please be respectful of all posted signs and property rules. Unless otherwise noted the caches shouldn’t require straying very far from the main path.

Cache #3 will take you out of the forest and into pasture land on your way to some old growth forest. Cross the hanging bridge and take a quick break at the little pavillion on the other side. From there you can fill your waterbottle and search for the cache nearby. The cache is not very far from the trail so don't wander very far. Looking for a very small buffalo tube.
