DofE 2 Southwold Common Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Geocon1: After much deliberation, I have decided to retire this series. Sadly a number of the caches have mysteriously disappeared or been damaged over the last few months making it too expensive to maintain any longer. Hopefully someone will place a new series here in the future, Geocon1

Geocache Description:

As part of my Duke of Edinburgh Award, I have made 11 caches and I have created a short series around Southwold Common. You are looking for a small camo that is hidden out of sight from passing muggles

Southwold is an area we regularly visit as a family whether we are visiting the beach, walking the dog or just meandering around the marshes or down by the harbour. We are not the only ones who visit this delightful area so please be mindful of muggles who regularly use this network of paths around the Common and the marshes.

Special thanks go to the Trustees of Southwold Common for allowing me to place the caches and to Barfy's who kindly helped me set my first series

I hope you enjoy the series as much as I did making and hiding the caches

From here you can either follow the path around the pit towards Bushcreek Marshes or there is a footpath that cuts through the middle of the pit. Either way you need to find your way to the crossroads. If you start in the direction of the Town Centre you will see a small path leading off to the right after just a few yards......this path will lead you to the next cache!
