One of my favourite "after school" viewing pleasures when I was a kid was The Partridge Family, a half-hour musical sitcom detailing the humorous adventures of a family trying to make it as a rock group. This cache was placed in honour of Tracy Partridge, the youngest of the kids, and played by Suzanne Crough.
One of my favorite episodes: Tracy spends every spare moment of the episode doing extra studying to be ready for a "surprise" quiz at school.
In order to find this cache, go to the posted coordinates, and find the Toad Hollow memorial. Project a waypoint as follows: take the numeric value of the letters in the name of the person being honored and add the numeric value of TRACY and the F she was afraid she would get, which will give you a bearing (true north). For the distance in meters, take the age of the person being honored and subtract 25. The final coordinates both end in 6.
There is a trailhead 65 meters SW of the reference point, and the trail will take you pretty close to the final spot. When you get to the tree that has fallen across the path, two steps backward and two more to the right will put you where you need to be.
Since this is a letterbox, please leave the stamp behind, and be careful when peeling back the flap where the log sheet is stored.
