That's not a pinecone! But it is a cache with a view! There is a local horse farm here that does all kinds of cool things in the community from lessons and such. The view down the hill over this farm is a really nice relaxing one...and bonus, you can see the local Y from here as well. Actually, when you are in the main front portion of the Y parking lot, you can see up the hill to this exact location as well, and it's a beautiful view of the horse farm and such from there also.
Bring your own pen/pencil (BYOP), as the cache cannot hold one.
While this *could* be a quick CnD, there's also a chance it could turn out to be tricky to find. You are in a business park that can be busy with regular business folks during the work week. To avoid muggly eyes, you may be best off hitting this one after work hours or on the weekends! Also, folks coming and going from the drive into the horse farm can sneak up on you pretty fast as they come into this cul de sac!
