This cache is not at the posted coordinates. It is worth visiting the posted coordinates though because they will take you to the grave of a very cool lady.  Hint, she passed away January 4, 2009.  "Google" search her when you get her name!

I cannot take credit for this cache idea.  Inspired from other fried insomniac puzzle caches. 

For all you insomniacs out there, this cache was made for you.  To find this cache requires waking up at all hours of the night, over several nights, to refresh the cache page at the appropriate time, as instructed.  Then, you must solve the puzzle given all the clues provided to get the final coordinates for the cache location.

Note, depending on your web browser, it may be necessary to clear your browser's cache or close/reopen the browser for the correct image to show at the correct time.

All times listed are CURRENT local times in Richmond, VA. In this case, EST (eastern standard time) = EDT (eastern daylight time). 11:00 P.M. EST means when the current time in Richmond, VA is 11:00 p.m....regardless of daylight savings time or not.
