At Ground Zero (GZ), listen to instructions provided by Agent 86 on the ancient GC-labeled communication device! When the message is over, place this listening device on the special receptacle provided. It is marked. This geocache is easy to access with no force required. Deduce the code to defeat the Cone of Silence! When complete with the geo-transaction, replace the listening device to reset this geocache for the next Special Agent. There are no booby traps present and plenty of room for trade items and trackables, so bring them if you have them, to share with other Agents! If you happen to have junior agents or an unresponsive muggle spouse, then bring them along as well to win them over!
