Getting here from the Priest Rock trailhead is a steady, uphill climb, and I was not happy when I saw how much elevation I was losing on this section of the Limekiln trail. I placed this cache to mark what looked at the time like the low point, although I came to realize soon afterwards that I hadn't yet hit rock bottom. It's close, though.
The cache is a small pill bottle right at the edge of the trail. It's a bit east of the low point, because there weren't any safe hiding spots at the very lowest point. It's a simple hide, just to make the low point a little more fun.
Sierra Azul is open from dawn to one-half hour after sunset. Happy hunting!
