Of course like all of my caches this one takes you to two cool places in Upshur County.There is a statue here of possibly the person behind the name of our town.Elkins has a man on a horse and a crow we get a dead Native American. It's something that boggles the mind.Begs the question .......Why this? The cache contains a log only so bring a pencil.

Now you have had a little history lesson. Also you learned about an olympic sport. You will have visited two very nice spots in the city of Buckhannon.And have found wonderful spots to picnic, and play with the kids, to fish, to boat,to loaf, and relax.
