This geocache invites you to impressive forms of the pink granite of Trégastel which are called crepes!
It requires going to the waypoint which is covered regularly by the tide.

Many surprising shapes have emerged on the local granitic massif following geological events of more than 300 million years under the continental crust. Different magmas have slowly crystallized as a function of the different partial fusions of rock in the same magmatic pocket. The black traces of mica show ferromagnesian minerals called schlierens. Undergoing mechanical erosion, these volutes were formed in the shape of crepes (photo1) showing the local geological intensity of the past. By approaching this pink granite, it is possible to observe veins of molten magma which have infiltrated in certain cracks of the rocks, visible on the surface as in the photo2.

Question 1: The black traces on pink granite crepes come from what mineral ?

Question 2: What is the distance between A and B in photo2 ?
