IMPORTANT
When the cache was moved the puzzle doesnt give the exact coordinates. Put your answer into the geochecker and if correct you will be given the actual location.
Just ring LI - AS NABIRY. Only problem is I can't remember his number so you'll just have to use directory enquiries, or google, or whatever.
