I stumbled on this park within a park ant thought it would be a nice place to bring fellow cachers.  The posted coords and cache can both be found in Pelham Bay Park.

There's an un-activated dog TB for the FTF!

The cache is not at the posted coordinates.  It can be found a N40 51.ABC W073 49.DEF.

D - Maximum # of dogs per person.

E - # of rules minus 3.
