1983 reconstructed part of Wendlinger Stadtmauer
Dieser Teil der Stadtmauer wurde an historischer Stelle mit Originalsteinen der früheren Mauer wieder errichtet. Sie ist ein Beitrag zur -850-- Jahrfeier der Stadt Wendlingen 1982/83. Im Jahre 2000 zum Europafest wurde die Europalinda gepflanzt, die an die langjährigen Städtepartnerschaften zwischen Wendlingen am Neckar und St. Leu la Foret (Frankreich), Millstatt am See (Österreich) und Dorog (deutsch Drostdorf) in Ungarn erinnert.
This part of the city wall was rebuilt on a historical site with original stones from the former wall. It is a contribution to the -850- year celebration of the city Wendlingen 1982/83. In 2000, the Europalest was planted with the Europalinda, which is reminiscent of the long-standing town partnerships between Wendlingen on the Neckar and St. Leu la Foret (France), Millstatt on the lake (Austria) and Dorog (German Drostdorf) in Hungary.
