A winter friendly cache, a nice walk along one of the many pole lines in and around the city. Best approach is from Mount Scio Road. Parking is available on the road near the Substation. Do not park in or block the entrance. If in season the area is abundant with Blueberries so don't forget to bring a container. Try not to get distracted by all the blueberries...
Word of advice, the terrain rating is due to the fact that the path to the cache can be very wet depending on the season. There may be a dryer route but the direct path can be very wet. The not so direct route may require some bushwacking...pick your poison!!
