Only Connect #66 Mystery Cache

Number 66 of the Only Connect series of puzzle caches. The published coordinates are not those of the cache. Solve the puzzle to find them and they lead to a magnetic BYOP final. The cache itself can be found at an appropriate final location - you can park within 100 yards (to the East) but need to pay a little bit of attention to any passing traffic. For this reason this cache is not recommended at night.
