A Dog's Life II Mystery Cache

The cache is located in Veteran's Memorial Park in Harrison and is not at the posted coordinates.  This park is the trifeca for a geocache location:  a site to honor an individual for his service, an Eagle Scout project and a dog park!  The posted coordinates will lead you to a plaque that will give you some information about the park and some of the digits to the GZ.  Adjacent to the posted coords are some signs that will give you the rest of the digits to the GZ.
