Sveti Konstantin y Helena is a resort. It means there is a lot of people from may to September. The cache is dedicated to Kiril Mateev.
He was born in 1954 in Shabla. In 1981 he graduated from the Art Academy with a degree in "Sculpture" prof. D. Daskalov. Since 1982 is a member of the UBA. Since 1993 he teaches painting at the National Academy. Since 1998 he works at the National Art Gallery. The cache is a small white container hidden 20 meters from the monument. Bring your own pencil. You can take the small character inside but it would be nice if you can leave something else instead. Thanks :)
