Today it's going to be a loooooong day...

I don't know way this Friday is a loooong day in Sweden. I thought it was 24 hours like the rest of the days of the year. Is it something mystical or what...? And in England it's a Good day! How come? Please come and help me sort it out.

I will be at the coordinates from 08:00. And if we solve the problem I will move further along at 08:30.
