The cache is hidden along The Walk of Remembrance which is a walking track honouring the service and sacrifice of World War One soldiers . Beginning at Windermere Bay and winding all the way to the Cadbury Factory, the walking track’s location marks the spot of the Claremont Military Training Camp where more than 2,000 troops were trained.
The “Walk of Remembrance” project was brought about with the participation of local community groups and the council.
